Change your mind?
We understand the difficulty in inspecting a product when buying online, so if you change your mind, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange.1. Contact us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org within3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, your name and address, pictures of the product (with clear images) & consignment note/waybill.
2. Please note that all items must be in their original packaging i.e. unused, unassembled. Please kindly ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packed properly.
3. All items must be received by The Rattan House for a customer to be eligible for an exchange. The Rattan House reserve the right not to accept returns.
4. The lead time for exchanging Products may vary. We will inform you of the lead time.
D Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in appearance. We believe this is what gives our products their unique charm & beauty.
We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and make every effort to thoroughly check every item before it is shipped to you.
Defective or damaged items
If however, you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at email@example.com. We will make every effort to replace the item as soon as possible or arrange for a refund.
Cancellation Fees (IF APPLICABLE)
1. Cancellation can only be made within 24 hours from the purchase date.
2. Cancellation fees of up to 30% of total merchandise value for orders after 24 hours. This policy only applies to orders that have not been dispatched.
3. Once an Order has been dispatched, it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be remedied to Return & Exchanges clause above.
4. The Rattan House may at its discretion refuse to process a cancellation order however may offer an exchange of Products as a substitute remedy.
