1. Order will be processed and dispatched around 1 - 5 working days.
2. For West Malaysia, our courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment. As for East Malaysia, it normally takes 7 to 14 days. Shipment to Singapore will normally take about 10 to 14 days.
Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday daily. No shipment on weekends, Penang state or national public holidays.
3 Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.
5. Subject to the items' availability, customers may receive part of the item ordered. Your remaining items will be processed and dispatched upon arrival.
West Malaysia
Delivery Fees:
- Order for RM688 and above, fee delivery within West Malaysia.
- Order below RM688, a standard delivery fee as below.
First 3 kgs — RM 10.00. Subsequent kgs — RM 1.50 / kg
- Delivery charges by courier will be based on total weight.
- Delivery Fees to East Malaysia will be charged according to volumetric of purchase.
- First 2 kgs — RM 30.00. Subsequent kgs — RM 15 / kg
- Delivery Fees to Singapore will be charged according to volumetric of purchase.
- First 1 kgs — RM 40.00. Subsequent kgs — RM 15 / kg
6. In the event of a delay in the delivery, we would recommend self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid effects on the product quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more info.
7. Made to order items and pre-order items will have a longer dispatch time.
8. Estimate time of arrival varies from different courier services.
